Adam is showing me his new VersaLASER 30 watt, computer-driven desktop laser cutter. The machine takes EPS line art from programs like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw to cut extremely intricate shapes in paper, fabric, leather, foam board, acrylic plastic, wood and rubber. It can do engraving on a host of other materials. He uses the machine to manufacture signage for the home theater industry.

I'm invited back to play more ... my brain feels faint from all the creative possibilities.
