 Bah! Got back to my hotel room tonight to discover that there's no power or heat for a few hours due to emergency repairs. Luckily I was able to whip out my trusty X5 tactical LED flashlight to find my way around the room. I even have snack bars and a portable radio in my coat pocket. No duct tape tho. Miraculously, the WiFi base stations in the hotel are on their own circuit, so I can still surf with my laptop. Well, tonight was supposed to be laundry night, but those machines are down too. I can head out to the lobby to choose between reading from The Rational Unified Process: An Introduction or watching the new Norah Jones: Live in New Orleans DVD.
