![]() ![]() ![]() We're in a focus group testing facility today getting impressions from real users of a large corporate web site. Carefully screened participants work with a facilitator/interviewer while our group observes from behind a one-way mirror in an adjacent soundproofed room. The video from the computer screen is combined with a small inset view of the participant's facial reactions as they use the site. There's no better way to understand usability problems in your web site interfaces than to watch frustrated users. - mike lee - new york and baltimore - curiouslee.com |
