I try to snag web experts when they are in town presenting workshops to come speak to our team. Lou Rosenfeld and Steve Krug are here in town delivering their workshops on enterprise information architecture and usability. Lou came last year, so this year we brought in Steve, who has just seen the release of the second edition of his common sense guide to web site usability Don't Make Me Think. As always, his talk was loaded with hilarious examples of usability problems. The new edition of Steve's book has been updated throughout and three new chapters were added. It's required reading if you make web content.
