this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any wayThe bike in my last post (13071), turned out to be a Harley-Davidson WLA 1942 Military. About 90,000 produced during WWII. Though the bike embodied the ultimate in simplicity and reliability, the Jeep became the armed forces' utility vehicle of choice. Franlin Mint offers a nice scale model.
