Most of the other managers are out of the office at a management conference, so I'm treating myself to lunch at the bar of the restaurant at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue, which is next to the Navy Memorial. Sweet corn soup and grilled steak salad were excellent but the cashew bar with bananna ice cream desert was killer.
