  One of the cooler purchases I've made in a while. I was wandering about a Leslie's pool store when I found their clearance rack. There they had the SafeSun Classic, a personal UV meter. Enter your skin type and SPF of whatever sunscreen you are wearing and take it out into the sun with you. It measures intensity of the UV and beeps when you need to get out of the sun. It also has a setting for no sunscreen also, if you are trying to prevent a burn. It will also tell you in hours and minutes, how much time you've got left....or it will recalculate if you put a higher grade SPF on. Neat stuff....and an incredible price on clearance. Originally $99, on sale for $9! That's not a typo, it was nine dollars! Michael AIM: mwsmith70 |
