After waiting for a year, they finally dropped the price. Now I can record sat SD and HD, along with local SD and HD...and do all the nifty "trick play" stuff like pause live tv, etc. It'll record 180 hrs of SD or 25 hrs of HD. It didn't take long for me to really enjoy the added functionality...this is cool stuff!!
