We got a really late start for Mother's Day "lunch." My hubby *finally* decided to cut the grass and pull weeds which was w-a-y overdue on Sunday. I had *secretly* made separate reservations at the restaurant - just in case. We ended up using the reservations I had made instead...which was a good thing because when I called on the reservations that hubby had made, they were accepting walk-ins and it would be a four hour wait.

The pics are of the 110 freeway near downtown L.A. on the way home from early dinner. Karissa wanted to check out the gorgeous view near the restaraunt after we finished our dinner at "Malibu's Most Wanted"...some parts were funny and some of it was like, "OK...that's not funny." I saw the preview for Matrix: Reloaded on the big screen and I got goosebumpy.

Next big events are Memorial Day, DramaKween's graduation, Father's Day and JigNeNe's birthday.
