this picture is owned by the submitter. contact submitter for permission before using it in any waySeriously? Wal-Mart actually sells a license plate frame made out of chrome (I can only assume beer) bottle caps. The scary part is that Wal-Mart wouldn't carry these unless there are people willing to spend their hard earned cash on these and then place them on their vehicles....Oh geez.
