After many months of following the preparations on their blog, I'm looking forward to quite the magical event. And it sounds like thr weather will be great.

Even nicer than the wedding will be seeing my wife for the first time in a week.

I won't have a way to post to curiouslee over the weekend, but I'll probably blog from the wedding if I can get a data connection via the Sidekick.

I'm at South Street Seaport again for lunch today. I stopped into the museum shop and picked up a couple pamphlets on the history of the area.

Pictured here are the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges as seen from the 3rd floor of the Seaport tourist pavillion. Hopefully the photo attachments make it through.

Amy and I are nuking our clogged sinuses with wasabi and sushi at Sushi Hana Restaurant in Towson, MD. It burns so good...

Ugh. Yawn. Were the last two days a dream? Not.

I had to get up at 4:30am this morning at the hotel in NYC to catch a 6:30 train down to Wilmington. I've been trying to hold off a cold by staying on top of sleep, and so far it's working. I hope I don't lose my voice as Dianne did.

I just had a short nap and woke to fall leaves lit by the morning sun. These blurry blobs of natural color are a nice change from the last few days of grey clouds. I'm in for one more day of massive information injection from some more project stakeholders, and then I get to go home to wife and puppy tonight.

This morning, we flew to Columbus, Ohio, rented a car, and drove two hours in heavy rain to my sister-in-law's rehersal dinner in Cincinnati. I think my wife was trying to save $2.47 by not flying directly. I just had a nice nap while she drove.

This the dome of the Arts & Industries Building of The Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. The building was completed in 1871. Beneath the dome are the cafe tables of the coffee shop where I'm downing a cup of coffee. I'm here checking out the David Hume Kennerly "Photo du Jour" and Latin Jazz installations.
