This add-on for MovableType accesses a designated POP mail account, looks for and parses Sidekick messages and photos, and posts to a MovableType blog. Apparently works with other camera-enabled phones. - mike lee - |

I'm on the MARC train heading down to the web usability conference at AARP. This photo of a poster on the train is a reminder to myself to visit the Shackleton exhibit and IMAX film at the Maryland Science Center. The exhibit runs until May 5th, but I'm not going until every last bit of snow is gone. - mike lee - new york and baltimore - curiouslee.com |

It was a surprise to see that my friend Bill still has one of the Casio robot alarm clocks we bought in the mid-80s. The fun feature of the clock is that it stomps its feet when the alarm goes off. - mike lee - new york and baltimore - curiouslee.com |

Bah! Got back to my hotel room tonight to discover that there's no power or heat for a few hours due to emergency repairs. Luckily I was able to whip out my trusty X5 tactical LED flashlight to find my way around the room. I even have snack bars and a portable radio in my coat pocket. No duct tape tho. Miraculously, the WiFi base stations in the hotel are on their own circuit, so I can still surf with my laptop. Well, tonight was supposed to be laundry night, but those machines are down too. I can head out to the lobby to choose between reading from The Rational Unified Process: An Introduction or watching the new Norah Jones: Live in New Orleans DVD. What would you do? - mike lee - new york |
