Went by work today to pick up a couple things. Our 2nd place banner that our team entered was still there, so I snapped a pic. It's a big puzzle piece made out of plywood, covered in our team fabric (green background with white lines) with our pictures on it and an "article" about our team. The company logo is on either end of the piece. It took about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting the time to cut the plywood.

My team won the Staff Appreciation Week competition, meaning we basically acted the stupidest all week, and made the most impression on the judges. For hat day we made these foam hats out of eggshell foam that you usually use on your bed. Then I glued puzzle pieces all over both sides. With a team of 12, that's a lot of hot glue. But we easily won "hat day" with them.

The winning prize was a day off whenenver we wanted, and it was a lot of fun. I won't miss the late nights at the office working on the next day's stuff though.

Turns out I left it in a bookbag I was using to take stuff to work in. Better than losing it in the laundry. Here's my mileage at 6070.

Passed 6000 miles yesterday. Sorry there's no pic, I seem to have lost my camera. If anyone has an old cam for a B&W SK, I'd be willing to give ya a couple bucks for it. Maybe text blogging is good enough for now. The little pics weren't that useful anyways.

I am waiting for a train. If I start to ride the train a lot, I think may call me "The Red Dart." I wish the color was yellow, cause then the nickname would be "The Yellow Dart", which is totally awesome, but a blatant ripoff.

If my phone had loaded up the train schedule when I tried the first time, we probably wouldn't have missed the 6:24. Oh well, blogging has filled the time nicely. Mo-blogging that is.

Sitting at a park, relaxing after a day of walking around downtown Dallas. Not many people in this part of town. Luckily I have a friend with me.

Downtown Dallas at Reunion Tower, taking a few little pictures. Stopping by here after going to the aquarium. Observation decks are high. Good GPRS signals too. (^8

Hair's been growing, needed to get it cut. Went to a new place, turned out to be about $5 cheaper than where I went last time.

Baked a chicken for lunch. Butterball rules. Made some mashed potatoes, stuffing, and red cabbage too. Yum
