Well, I checked ebay and there's one going for $1009.00 with a day left. Holy geez! Over a grand for a stinking cell phone!? Wow. That's just nuts.

It seems a lot of Hiptop owners are into techie scifi stuff so I have a book recommendation for you all. I'm sure at least one person on here has read it: Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. And if you like it you should check out all seven of the books in the series. They're also making a movie out of Ender's Game and the book Ender's Shadow. It's almost impossible that it'll be as good as the books because combining two books into one movie causes a lot of stuff to be cut out. Not to mention that the star is going to be Jake Lloyd, he's the bad actor that played Anakin Skywalker in Episode I. I just don't like that little kid for some reason.

I'm going to help my brother host his own website this weekend. For anyone looking to do it check out this site for a really good step by step guide. And if you want to register a domain name idotz can give it to you for $8.75 a year. Not too bad, if you ask me. Oh, and check with your ISP to make sure they allow you do do this. Some cable/dsl companies will make you upgrade to a business account or T1 line if you're going to host your own site. Greedy punks.

...excited. Everything went well and I even managed to not erase my Windows drive or any of the files. I also received my new video card so I now have TV out function. I've been using a monitor sitting next to my TV in the living room and the wife doesn't really like this. I thought I could put the monitor in the office and make the living room pretty again but I haven't gotten the TV out function working in Linux yet. Hmm, I better get on that one pretty quick.

PS - I hate the desktop interface. Everytime I use it for emailing it screws stuff up. Example: The email below this!
