Well, the wedding in Uvalde was a fun. We only stayed until about 10:30pm but the partying went on until 8am the next morning. Craziness, I tell you, craziness.

Now we're headed back to Austin in the MINI Cooper. Two little boys in the back fast asleep...

The wife and I are currently headed in an almost direct West route, cruising at a steady 80mph, guzzeling gas at 32ish mpg in the Cherry Red MINI Cooper headed to the wedding of two of her childhood friends. Aah, the blessed union of two souls, joined together in the company of their loved ones, a celebration of blah blah blah.

It should be fun!

Well, forget it. I'm just jealous of anyone with an SK3. That covers everyone. I don't know how many people have IMed me or emailed me or posted on HN that they too have an SK3 as well.

I should have known that the two Mikes (Pop and Lee) would be among the first to have SK3's. I'm officially jealous. Oh well, only about a week and I can finally upgrade my old CSK to the SK3.

I've been "using" since the B&W days but I skipped the SKII. I'm pretty excited about the step up to the SK3. Maybe I'll finally start posting on here a lot again? Only time will tell...

Headin' to Denver...

I'm sitting at the airport heading out from Austin to Denver. I'll be spending the next two weeks (and a decent amount of my company's money) getting four of our Colorado divisions up and running on the software I support in Austin/San Antonio.

I've got no one watching over TX while I'm gone so that means about 16 hour days. But I do get to snowboard on the weekends which is long overdue. I haven't gone in about two years. I got my board all waxed up last week and I can't wait.

I'm going to hit up Keystone and maybe Vail. This should be tons of work and fun. Oh, and then the day I get back to Austin I've got the Nada Surf concert. Wooot!
