| Has it come to this? Tue 11.07.06 11:48am PST #19756 |
Seriously? Wal-Mart actually sells a license plate frame made out of chrome (I can only assume beer) bottle caps. The scary part is that Wal-Mart wouldn't carry these unless there are people willing to spend their hard earned cash on these and then place them on their vehicles....Oh geez. PS - Go vote. |
| Ben Folds again Sat 11.04.06 4:18pm PST #19733 |
![]() ![]() ![]() I know the pictures are crap but here's the second Ben Folds concert that I went to this week. This one was at Stubb's in Austin last night. It was a much more rockin' show which I like. And Corn Mo opened. He was, uh, interesting. Great show overall. Day 25 of The sorensilk iPod Challenge |
| Ben Folds Live Wed 11.01.06 7:52pm PST #19704 |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My wife and I just saw Ben Folds live for the third or fourth time. The twist this time? We saw him backed by the entire Houston Symphony Orchestra. 80+ people playing backup for little old Ben Folds. It was a great show. And we're actually seeing him again on Friday in Austin sans band. I can't wait. The Austin crowds are always particularly good to Ben. |
| 2am and I'm still going... Sat 10.28.06 12:15am PDT #19643 |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As of about 3pm this afternoon I am officially on vacation for a full week. (I have 5 weeks worth saved up so I had to start using it or losing it) My wife went out of town for the weekend too. So what do I do? Hit the bars? Maybe the strip clubs? Nope, I hang out at home and work on my website while listening to music. And that's pretty much all I have planned for the next week too. I'm such a geek but I don't care. |

| Day 9 update Thu 10.19.06 9:06am PDT #19546 |
Today is day 9 of The sorensilk iPod Challenge. So far I'm on number 321 of 6937. Right now I'm still going through all the songs that start with numbers or are improperly labeled so the song name starts with the track number. The second kind is a little annoying. I realized that I have three Patsy Kline albums that are all mislabled so I've gotten a ton of her so far. I have a lot more to go but it's been very fun so far... Oh, and does anyone else think it's kinda funny that sfourxton's background is the pink Rodeo theme? Day 9 of The sorensilk iPod Challenge Song321 of 6937 - 80 Windows by Nada Surf |
| Another sorensilk shirt Wed 10.18.06 3:27pm PDT #19538 |
I designed this shirt for my wife last year but never ordered it. With Thanksgiving coming again soon I decided to order it for her. It came today and turned out quite nice. I also made another shirt for myself that will be posted as soon as it arrives. It should be so awesome words cannot describe it. Stay tuned...
